These Terms & Conditions apply to all electric vehicle (EV) charger installation services ) provided by Fast EV Charging Ltd. By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.

⭐ 1. About Your Quote

• Your quote is valid for 30 days.

• It’s based on the information you provide. If anything changes or additional work is required, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

• Any extra work (e.g., longer cable runs, consumer unit upgrades, groundworks) may incur additional charges.

⭐ 2. Before We Install

To ensure a smooth installation, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate details about your property and electrical setup

• Make sure we have safe, clear access to the installation area

• Have permission from the property owner if you’re not the homeowner

• Ensure someone aged 18+ is present during the appointment

• It is your “the customer” responsibi;lity to ensure any preperations identified in the remote survery are inplace before the install date, unless you have ordered groundwork from us.

If we arrive and can’t complete the job due to undisclosed issues, a call‑out fee may apply.

⭐ 3. Safety & Compliance

Your safety is our priority. All installations are carried out by qualified electricians and comply with UK regulations, including BS 7671 and Part P where required.

If your existing electrical system needs upgrades to meet safety standards, we’ll explain why and provide a separate quote.

⭐ 4. What’s Included in a Standard Installation

A typical installation includes:

• Mounting the charger on a suitable wall

• Routing cabling up to the distance specified in your quote

• Connecting to your electrical supply

• Testing and commissioning the charger

• Providing certification and user guidance

Anything outside this scope will be discussed and priced before work commences.

⭐ 5. Payment Terms

• For product purchases you can simply order and check out. 

• For installs you need to complete the remote survery and from that you may simply require the standard install which can be purchased online after the survey, or you may require bespoke elements like cable trenching for example. In this scenario we shall create a bespoke quote which we can send via a custom link to checkout online.

• Payments can be made using Apple pay, Google Pay, Credit or debit cards, Klarna or Clearpay buy now pay later.

⭐ 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can reschedule or cancel, but changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.

• We may reschedule installations due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

⭐ 7. Warranty & Aftercare

• Your charger comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.

• This does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or issues arising from pre‑existing electrical faults.

If you ever have concerns after installation, we’re here to help.

⭐ 8. Smart Charger Connectivity

Many chargers rely on Wi‑Fi or mobile signal for smart features. We’ll help you connect your charger, but we can’t guarantee performance if your home network is weak or unstable.

⭐ 9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses caused by charger downtime

• Connectivity issues related to your internet provider

• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the installation service.

⭐ 10. Data Protection

We only collect information necessary to provide our services. Your data is handled securely and in line with UK GDPR. We do not share your information except where required for certification or warranty registration.

⭐ 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
